Every bet is advised in points, where 1 point = 1% of your total betting bankroll. It keeps staking consistent across any bankroll size and takes emotion out of the decision.

Follow them exactly. Increasing stakes after a win or chasing losses is the fastest way to undermine results.
When to be ready.
UK & Ireland selections usually go out between 8:00–10:30am, after Best Odds Guaranteed is available. USA selections are posted 2:00–3:30pm UK time, when those markets first open and the edge is greatest.
Results may differ from advised performance. USA VIP members get a daily "what's to come" post so you can get set in advance.
